Make the most of reading!

Make reading an activity to enjoy and think!

Be sure to ask questions to your child (no matter how young they are) about the characters, what they think would happen to them and even what other endings they can think of. These help in their critical thinking and also teaches them empathy.

Use books to teach numbers - how many books we have read and how many books we can't wait to read. Don't make numbers scary. Make it fun - it's just another language like music or braille!
